On Monday March 04, 2024, the “Trophées de l'Innovation” 2024 ceremony was held at Simodec, the international trade fair for Swiss turning and precision mechanical manufacturing in La Roche-sur-Foron (France).
As an exhibitor at this 70th edition, we also entered in the Innovation Trophies, which aim to promote innovative solutions in precision mechanical manufacturing and Swiss turning. We submitted an application for our innovative solution: Hardiall® (CuNi15Sn8).
Hardiall® (CuNi15Sn8) is a high-performance spinodal alloy and substitute for beryllium copper / leaded beryllium copper.
In addition to its innovative character, Hardiall® (CuNi15Sn8) alloy is a top choice for many industries, including Swiss turning.
Its high machinability coupled with excellent mechanical properties and polishability make it a high-performance solution for bar turners.
Hardiall® is also an environmentally friendly solution. This alloy is REACH, RoHS, lead-free and made from recycled materials.
After a presentation to the jury on February 6, we were honored to win the CSR Trophy and the Simodec d'Or Trophy (awarded to the product with the highest score in all categories).
These two Trophies are a real recognition of Lebronze alloys' enduring commitment to providing high-performance, environmentally-friendly solutions.
We would like to thank all our Lebronze alloys teams, as well as the Trophées de l'Innovation jury and Simodec for this honor.
We will be at Simodec 2024 (Hall B1/booth K21) until Friday March 08, come and see us!
