On September 5, 2024, Lebronze alloys and the Arts et Métiers Campus in Châlons-en-Champagne met again at the Foire de Châlons to renew their partnership by signing a new agreement of patronage for the next three years. This patronage renewal follows an initial one-year agreement signed in September 2023.
The renewal of this partnership opens up new prospects for students at the Arts et Métiers Campus in Châlons-en-Champagne, who will continue to benefit from Lebronze alloys' expertise. Various initiatives will also be put in place to enrich their career path: visits to an industrial site, internship and work-study offers, participation in events organized by the campus and the school: recruitment forum and session, jobdating, etc. These initiatives are designed to prepare students for the world of work. The aim of these initiatives is to prepare students for the realities of the job market, and to help them develop skills in line with the needs of the metalworking industry.
The renewal of this sponsorship agreement is part of a strategic vision shared by the Campus Arts et Métiers de Châlons-en-Champagne and Lebronze alloys: to train engineers ready to meet the challenges of the industry of the future, and to promote innovation. For the Campus, this collaboration strengthens its network with key industrial players, while for Lebronze alloys, it represents an opportunity to attract and train the talents of tomorrow, meeting the Group's specific needs.
Since the first agreement was signed in September 2023 at the Foire de Châlons, the partnership between Lebronze alloys and the Arts et Métiers Campus in Châlons-en-Champagne has resulted in a number of significant initiatives. A visit to the Suippes production site gave students an up-close look at the metallurgical industry, enhancing their understanding of the sector. To illustrate this commitment, the Lebronze alloys logo has featured on the campus partner wall for the past year. A dedicated ephemeral space has also been set up in the campus library to highlight this collaboration.
Alexandra DUMONT NUBERY, Managing Director of Lebronze alloys, comments: “A fine example of the success of this partnership is the fact that, in 2023, 2 work-study students and 1 intern will be joining Groupe Lba. We are delighted to further strengthen this collaboration through this new three-year commitment, continuing our shared quest for excellence.”
Giovanni RADILA, Director of the Arts et Métiers Campus in Châlons-en-Champagne, emphasizes: “This partnership contributes to the campus' local roots and its attractiveness. It offers our students, teachers and research professors the opportunity to discover the scientific and technical professions and challenges of an industrial group with a strong capacity for innovation and international development”.
Mr Laurent CHAMPANEY, Managing Director of École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM), and Alexandra DUMONT NUBERY , Managing Director of Lebronze alloys, sign the renewal of their sponsorship agreement.
