CuNiSi performance products
CuNiSi alloys are hardenable and offer a unique combination of advantages. They are a material of choice for applications in high temperature, notably due to their heat conductiviy, stability at high temperature and resistance to stress relaxation.
Due to their high thermal conductivity in particuliar, CuNiSi materials are the material of choice when heat removal is necessary:
- CuNiSi a suited for friction applications in hot environments: their high properties allow to optimize the sizing or the reliability of such parts
- In high-termperature production processes like moulding, the exceptionnal thermal performances of NS30 allow higher operating temperatures and therefore quicker production tack-times
