The Lebronze alloys manufacturing process for CuCrZr bars is fully integrated: casting, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing. A fully integrated process ensures responsiveness and complete traceability.

Lebronze alloys are the only manufacturer on the market to offer 3 different grades of CuCrZr bars in coils.

We can supply a standard 400 kg seamless coil, but we also have the ability to customize to the customer's request, reducing the frequency of coil replacement and optimizing your productivity.

The quality of our welding alloys in coils allows a very good transformation, either by cold heading or by machining, for the realization of spot welding electrodes. These electrodes comply with the most demanding standards of the car manufacturers and provide performances superior to all the market standards. 
Our range of CuCrZr alloys allows welding from steel to aluminum sheets. Our Powerode+® alloy allows a high level of electrical conductivity as well as hardness: electrodes made of Powerode+® allow an excellent consistency of welding behavior and a very good service life.
