Thanks to its diversified range, Lebronze alloys offers materials from traditional Nickel Aluminum Bronzes to High strength Copper Nickel Aluminum and Spinodal Copper Nickel Tin used in critical applications providing the required heavy load, fatigue, friction wear resistance at low and high speed rotations and temperatures

Use cases: Actuation systems bushings and bearings for primary flight controls elevator ailerons rudder, secondary flight controls, flaps slats, spoilers landing gear, up lock controls, down lock controls, torque arm, thrust reversers, brakes steering mechanisms, cargo doors fueling systems

Lebronze alloys is fully integrated and our manufacturing processes are approved by most civilian and military OEM and their Tiers in first mount as well as MRO supplying in fixed wings aircrafts, rotor wing aircrafts, and VTOL aircrafts (vertical take-off and landing).
Our Hardiall is lead and beryllium free environmental friendly replacement for CuBe2 C17200.
